How to Whitelist Infopackets Email Newsletter

Please read carefully --

Email service providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN, Live, AOL, Gmail -- and many more -- now require their users (you) to "whitelist" your friends and website services you communicate with.

Whitelisting is done automatically if you respond to an email from a friend (for example), but this is not the case for web sites such as Infopackets that offer an automated email newsletter.

In this instance, the recipient (you) does not respond to the newsletter as it is a service; hence, whitelisting is not automated and must be done manually.

Why Do You Need to Whitelist?

Quite simply, there is no guarantee that you will receive an email message if you do not whitelist the sender's email address.

This is because Spam, or unsolicited bulk email, is a major problem for Email Service Providers (ESPs). ESPs use email filters that digitally measure messages in order to counteract Spam. However, many legitimate emails are incorrectly flagged as spam; as such, these emails are refused, discarded and the sender's email address may be temporarily blacklisted for an unspecified time.

How does this Affect You and Infopackets?

If you enjoy reading our email newsletter and want to ensure you receive it every time it's sent, you *must* whitelist our newsletter email address. Brief instructions on how to whitelist, followed by step-by-step instructions are below.

How to Whitelist Infopackets Newsletter

Whitelisting is simple. All you need to do is copy the below email address and paste it into your contact list / address book of your Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Hotmail, AOL, and similar. The email address is:

newsletter@mailer.infopackets.com

Tip: use your mouse to copy and paste the email address above to ensure it's copied correctly.
